grief and loss. Vanessa shares her story of tragedy at a time when
most women her age would be celebrating one of life’s most
memorable milestones. Her journey through this dark time led to the
development of a specialized therapy practice that is changing the
way people talk about grief and loss in her community. Finally, an
open and honest discussion about a topic we’d prefer to avoid but
is absolutely necessary as we navigate lives full of emotional
highs and lows.
